Thanks to all those who answered. I read them all, and ah, how to sum it up? Many thoughts lingering in my head, all believed in. The more confused I am, or the more information I have to retain?

All answers made sense.

That is a possibility maybe even a probability. Knowledge won't help you with confusion it will only add more data to the problem you are facing. You need to develop understanding in order to clear up confusion. But knowledge is a tool of understanding.

What I'm trying to say is that you need knowledge to help you understand and there by clear up confusion but it isn't a volume that you need. It is just the right knowledge to deal with whatever area is causing you confusion.
