Does Anyone Know Where I Can Read Plays Online for Free?

I have a theatre class and need to find a reliable website that allows you to read stage/theatre plays online for free. I don't want to go buy every book that the instructor is requesting! I need a broad/wide array of plays, not just Shakespeare. Thanks Bunches!!!!!

Have you tried Googling a specific play's title? Especially if the play is older and the copyright has expired, it should be in the public domain, and odds are, someone, somewhere has scanned it and it will be there. You might also try old archives of THEATRE ARTS magazine. Each issue used to contain a script for a then-current play. Don't know if it is online or not.
