Chicken eggs are unfertilized as well as caviar. Fish eggs are fertilized after they are laid and caviar is harvested by extracting them from the fish when it is caught and killed.

Eating these eggs would be like eating an unfertilized egg that is purged during a woman's period, or swallowing after making throat yogurt :)
