Society would stop functioning. Nobody has one job. We all have multiple responsibilities that take all have different priority on a daily basis. Being a member of our families, working a job, being a member of society, etc.

Any one of those jobs have multiple functions as well. There is communication, teamwork, skill, prioritization, etc. We all have different strengths and skills. The key is to find what you are good at and enjoy doing and then you will succeed at doing the job properly.
