Does anybody know a beautiful poem for a funeral?

My grandmother in law just passed away and it is up to me to find a poem for her service. I cant find anything really good though. I want something by a well known poet, that is comforting and kinda like shes home, and still with us... I dont know how to explain it. Any ideas on poems or poets? thanks!
