All experienced siggy makers?

My hubby is wondering if there was anyone out here who might be willing to help him in creating a siggy for a message board he is a member of. He is looking for something that looks sleek and clean cut. Something that look 3d like sort of. The subject of the siggy should be a call of duty sniper. He would like his name Rennie somewhere on the siggy. If possible, he would love to see animation as well in it, but is not completely necessary. Maybe something like the sniper guy actually shooting his gun.
