Is there a difference between "gray-blue" and "blue-gray?"?

What about "greenish-yellow" or "yellow-green?" I'd just like to know your opinion, as I've been contemplating this.

Hmm, yeah, I agree that in yellowish-orange yellow would be the dominant color.

Just my opinion: I would think the first color would be a dominant color. Therefore in gray-blue, it would be a little grayer than blue---or in blue-gray, it would be a little more blue than gray.
But if you were to ask me what if there are equal parts---I'm speachless. lol
