This is the second poem that I was talking about..once again please dont be offended by this its just my life..
Give Me Help:
Each day I sit here depressed
The urge to cut
Is still not at rest
I begin to wonder
if my life is set in hell
can you please help me
will you tell?
This is not a secret
it is something in regret
I feel like I have failed
what do I get?
a slap in the face and a punch in the ribs
will not give me those wonderful days
that you all seem to forget
when I fight my way out
of this mental illness
I will find others to help
not like what you did
thanks for the bruise
it has healed with a little booze
this pain is not erasable
it is only dead to you
do you think it is good?

I understand what you are saying Little Miss Laci Pants and I am getting help right now. not by a proffessional but by a great friend. she helps me through everything but thank you for you concern

Neb.A - actually that wasnt sarcasm. someone pinched me so hard that i got a bruise and a couple of hours later I drank a lot. not a good idea but thank you for your answer..and little miss laci was someone else not a part of my poem =]

Whether it's good or not really isn't important. Self-expression is vital; I'm glad that you've found a way to get your thoughts out of your head and into a form that you can deal with. Doing that can get you through some tough times without losing your head. Keep writing!
