Are Questions level 5,6,7 of higher category?

At Level 5, Best answer is not awarded to me. Checking my profile,I found out most questions are resolved.

If your not given "Best Answer" and the questions are resolved, someone else's' answer must have been better, at least to the person asking the question.

I'm at Level 5 too and the questions are as dumb as ever ... they don't get better ... same old stupid stuff!
