I am very sorry to see your question not answered up to now after a week. Obviously ppl do not know the artist.
First I thought that CA is big and the artist may be working on some small studio. However, I guess, they just went out of business. It is not that possible to have an art shop since 88 and be so lost that nobody knows them after 20 years.
