Can I have metaphors?

There are plenty of metaphors out there. Some are cliche, some are obscure. I want all of them! Hit me up with any/every metaphor you can fathom. The bigger the list, the better. You are welcome to invent a metaphor, if you like. Add it to the list! I'm doing a photo project...I just need METAPHORS.
