Another poem just for all the fans out there! (And others)!?

This one is called "Where Can I Find Peace"

Where can I find peace, in a world so hateful?
Where can I find love, in a world where no one is grateful?
I need to know really, I really do!
Its for the better of me and you.
I need to stop the agony.
Of every friend, foe, and enemy.
Please help me find it, we can find a way.
Let the people hear what we have to say.
I need some help to do this task.
No more hiding take of the mask.

I agree with t. you are trying too hard to rhyme. What you should be doing is creating an image of a possibility, not providing a definitive as you have done.

Great poetry makes the reader ponder. It makes the reader wonder. It makes the reader laugh, or cry or just feel.

So I give you credit for the effort.

try writing something as if writing in code. see how that evolves your poetry.

check out Rosey's poems. She has posted a few of them and I love her stuff because it is left to the reader. All about the wonder and pondering of the meaning.
