Question:

A therapist suddenly resigns--can there be closure?

It's ok, yell! you say
as your icicle irritation
immobolizes your face
like Botox.

You think
this is not how it was supposed to be
from the point of view of
your shinkology.

From my point of view,
these are my eyes in your headlights.

What you wanted to hear is thank you for the horn.
Thank you for the six weeks in which I could
Hear it, fear it, feel it
Even though there will never be time enough
to move out of your way.

You want your shinkology,
choice
and my blessings, too.

You sprinkle your pixie dust
on closure
so after you have run me over
I will
appreciate by whom.

In your forest
the deer says to the hunter
No, let me...
I can see
Where you are headed
and for whom.

According to your reason
The deer who runs
From the out of season gun
Is as born to lose
As one shot in season.

First you throw away the rules.
Then you throw away the game.
You make the discussion
of how you played
all about my need for
coming to closure.

YOU SEEM A VERY COMPLEX PERSON... AND THAT'S A GOOD THING. BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE, IT MIGHT BE GOOD TO KEEP IT SIMPLE. JUST MOVE ON. YOU DON'T NEED A FORMAL CLOSURE. IT'S LIKE THE PEOPLE WHO USE PATCHES TO QUIT SMOKING. IT MIGHT BE AN ALTERNATIVE, BUT I BELIEVE THE BEST THING IS TO JUST QUIT. COLD TURKEY... SO THE THERAPY, IT CAME TO AN ABRUPT END... ENJOY IT. BESIDES YOU DID NOT WASTE ANY MORE MONEY. GET YOURSELF A NICE GIFT INSTEAD, TREAT YOURSELF WITH A PAIR OF SHOES OR A GOOD DINNER ...... GOOD LUCK
