Uhm...the Summer of '69, actually. I spent most of the summer traveling through Europe. For a high school student from the sticks...it was an incredible experience and one I sill remember with great fondness. I lost a contact playing soccer in Germany and hating glasses, I had my parents ship a replacement to the American Express office in Rome, the next lengthy stop. The daily trips on the bus to check for the package's arrival and the people I met on it are especially vivid memories!
