How is life a roller coaster? I have to write a metaphor poem about how it's a roller coaster...and suggestions? (ex: it has its ups and downs. its full of surprise twists and turns)

Life has thrills and scary moments. Sometimes, you never know what twists and turns lie ahead. Sometimes life comes at you with great force and takes your breath away.

Other times, as when climbing up the rails, it goes so slowly. Roller coasters have people participating, riding along for the ride. Don't some people in your life just ride along, too?
