Help w/ sound/video project.?

I'm doing a 30sec sound project. It's about one moment in time. How can I make it seem like no time is passing? Video will be done after to go w/ it, so any help w/ that would be good, too.

The sound part will be hard, but for the video you could attempt a low budget version of the famous Matrix "Bullet Time" effect. This would make time appear to stand still, and it is possible to achieve this effect with one camera. Hope this helps, good luck.
