Gluten-free food. Without it I would starve and I don't think I'd like that! Also, my Fiance', he has put up with a lot in recent years, watching me go from being healthy and fit to being in a wheelchair. Without his support, I'd not be able to cope with day to day living, even trying to prepare a meal was almost impossible for me. Now, I'm getting back on my feet and trying new things, including learning how to use this ruddy computer!
