Don't know that there would be thousands.
These are two different language families from different branches on the language tree. Greek did not descent from Egyptian.
While they probably did have an influence on one another at some points in time, there is no reason to believe that Greek borrowed tons of words from the Egyptians like you are thinking that English or other languages borrowed from Latin and Greek. They didn't do that. Greek and Egyptian developed mostly independently.
