I need an art fair project and if someone could just give me some ideas that would be great

It depends on what kind of art you are talking about!

You could do:
tile painting
stained glass,
sculptures ie vases, pots, candle holders
watercolor paintings,
scratchboards
linolium ink stamps
Pastels
paper crafts ie cards, invitations, fancy paper, origami

the sky is the limit. If I knew more of what kind of art you where doing I would be able to help you narrow it down.
