The Poem, The Cremation of Sam McGee.. I needed some help with some questions. You can find the poem on here:

1.Why does the word "sooner" in the fourth line of the poem not recieve a capital?
2.Why had Sam McGee come to the Arctic?
3.Why was he unable to leave even though he hated it?
4.What character flaw causes his death?
5.Sam McGee used the idiom "I'll cash in I guess" What does he mean by this?
& Can you find synonym's for each of the following as used in the poem?
