Knitting help!?

I am knitting a hat & just realized that the brim is completly twisted. its already 3 inches long and i dont want to have to redo it. is there anyway i can fix it?

When you joined the stitches to knit in the round, they were twisted. All along you've been knitting a M㶢ius strip instead of a tube. The only way to fix it would be steeking -- which involves cutting: http://www.knitty.com/issuespring03/feat...

You're better off frogging your hat (rip it, rip it) and reknitting it. A hard lesson to learn, but at least it wasn't a sweater! (Always be sure the bottom of the stitches are in a perfect line before you join them.)
