pearlized- resembling or made to resemble mother-of-pearl; iridescent.

Basically, pearlized just makes the candle have a finish that looks like a pearl. It makes it look kind of swirly and shiny. They also make "pearl patterned" candles which means that the candle has little balls that look like pearls all over it... they look pretty cool!
