Staring across the crystal sea
The waves crashing upon my feet
i whisper to the echo of the air
"Will we ever meet"
A warm tears slips down my eye
My cheek frozen in the night time breeze
I cradle myself as I think of the ones I have loved
Who left, when they said they wouldn't leave.
Isolated I look around,
Not another soul but I
I stand to my feet and shake my fists
"Why am I so alone" I cry.
Then as if my chance, or by fate
A star catches my eye
Then the blackness fills with lights
Twinkling in the night sky.
A dolphin jumps out of the sea
A crab burrows in the sand
I start to begin to see
The wonders of Gods hand.
As I begin to notice more and more
I look back over the crystal sea
I realize that there is life out there
And that by living, I can be free....
