Anyone has this poem: 'the writer of this poem'?

I am looking for one poem.....as i remember....the poet's name is not mentioned in the poem......but the poem is about the description of the poet ...........Does anyone have this poem??

THis poem starts with the line

The writer of this poem

and then something like as big as a tree.....

I think that your poem was originally written by Roger Mcgough, and the concept has been used to help inspire students to write poetry so there are many poems out there titled 'The Writer of this Poem'.

If I find more information or an actual copy of Mcgough's version, I will update this answer.
