I wrote this poem... What do you think? (It's short!)?

I am by no means a poet, I just wrote this out of the blue last night. So please be brutally honest, you won't hurt my feelings.
Here it is:

Hardest to understand
Impossible to explain
It haunts the most

The unthinkable is the unforgetable
Forever engraved in the heart
It keeps haunting

The past is gone
The horror is over
It haunts again

Alone in the grief
The sadness is buried
It still rises

Constant reminders
They don't need to exist
They haunt anyway
