Lady Leoness

Within the name of Leoness:
Is one half strength, and one half grace:
Her radiance lights each tawny tress
That frames the glory of her face.
Yet lion's name and lion's heart
Beat in her bloodline, wild and free;
Her passions bold, to her impart
A spirit leaping joyfully.
With poise she treads, with pride she stands,
As well befits a hunter-ess;
And ruling all who walk her lands,
With strength and grace, stalks Leoness.
