I want to find someone, organisation, University that will be genuine enough to assist me get a scholarship?

I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and have worked with NGos as a trainer of TOT and communities. I wanted to gain more skills in dealing with the aggrieved societies. In this case I need a scholarship in masters of arts development and NGO management.
