Typical examples of steel FRAME buildings?

i need reference buildings with a typical steel frame - not steel skeleton..... help very much appreciated, also if anybody can piinpoint the differences between skeleton and steel frame, thanks a lot!

kuala lumpur city centre if am not mistaken. steel frame more lighter than skeleton. the materials used to build those kind of building is defferent. think also about the loading of the building.
