Business Design?

Business Design?

I am wondering if anyone here can point me in the right directioin. I am in the process of doing a business plan and well obviously i need a business and design for it, so i can get figures in plan!
I assume i need an Architect? And if so, anyone have any idea how much it will cost? Thanks in advance
