Does anyone know how to do a sci-fi photomanipulation?

Does anyone know how to do those? If so, can you please tell me how to do it, the tools I need to do that, and if photoshop 6.0 is good enough to use to do it with.

The site you have has links to all programs you would need not sure exactly what your wanting to do most of it is superimposing then antimation but there are so many processes Just ask in there forem they love to brag on how they do diffrent things anyway some of it is pretty simple to very advanced looks like most of them use templets some is orig art
Looks like fun all i do is put my motherinlaws face on a donkeys butt .you have Ks of options but just ask them how they do it
