Question:

In 2 Cor chapter 5 it says that Jesus was made sin. Was not Jesus then in need of a Savior himself once he....

became sin ? He was thus a sinner, as the bible says all human beings are; once he became sin. Who provided him salvation for his sinful state, once he became sin?
So he died on a cross for humanity as a sinner?

And lastly answer this:
Why do you feel/think he needed to become sin/a sinner once he become the sin of the world, in order to die for humanity?

He was made sin for us in the sense that "cursed is everyone who hangs from a tree" (Your gonna bust my proverbials for a scripture reference, right-Galations 3:13). I don't intellectually understand all aspects of blood sacrifice, why Abel's sacrifice was more acceptable than Cain's, the High-Priest, bulls, cows, sprinkling of blood, the scape goat and all that. God requires sacrifice - life for life.

The way I understand it is that while Jesus was clothed in sinful flesh, just like you and me, thanks to the first Adam, he walked the Earth with a sinless nature. I can't claim that, can you?

"And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam [was made] a quickening spirit", reads 1 Corinthians 15:45 (KJV). Jesus Christ is the last Adam. What I understand is that sin entered the world through the first Adam. Sin was put to death in the flesh through Christ's sacrifice of himself on the cross. The resurrection power was in Him all along (After all, He is God).

Check out Acts 17:30, where Paul speaks to the Greek intellegentsia about the resurrection. Also follow that up by looking at Romans 10:6-8.

Without Christ, I don't see any hope for us. I could not have wiped out the memory, sting, and penulty of my sin by myself, could you? My old sayin, which I've heard other's say, "We were born dieng". Death is the ultimate penulty of sin. Everyone's got to die at least once. What Christ offers is an escape from the penulty of sin, and better than that, eternal life. No one else offered that free to all mankind. I think that's one reason the Pharisees were amazed at the authority Jesus spoke with. I'll leave you with that. Hope it helps.

P.S. 1Ti 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. Thanks for the question, you've given me a much needed workout.
