Find a votive candle holder (dollar store)
tissue paper -colors or patterns work better
and elmers or another white glue.
paint brush
1) water down the glue (not too much) so that you can use a paint brush with it
2)tear or cut tissue paper, brush with glue and place the tissue paper in a design all over the votive folding the paper slightly over the top for a finished look. Overlapping is ok
3) let it dry slightly or set up and then coat evenly and thinly with the glue mixture
let it dry and you are ready to go
