Does anyone know of any poems for...?

my 20 year old cousin recently became a dad. His girlfriend died of complications during birth (heart rate dropped and internal bleeding) so anyway now he is blessed with his beautiful son, who will sadly never know him mom.

Anyone know of any poems that would be nice for my cousins child? About his mom in heaven? Thanks, it means a lot
