I also say teacher. You have everything one needs! Music, art, numbers, poetry? That means you could teach choir, band, orchestra, math, english, and more specifically, writing.

But you also need to make sure that this job is the right one for you. You need to like working with children, and be very patient. You could teach high school, if you don't prefer younger children!

Go with your gut, you have to find something that you can stick to. You could always change careers, however....
