What is your personal belief system? Is it an organized religion?

If so, what are the doctrines by which you live? If not an organized religion, would you consider you have a life philosophy?

I'm a spiritual person and I try to live life as good, kind and honestly as I can. I feel that organized religion destroys spirituality and fosters hate, so I can't get behind any of it. But I do respect the fact that others do subscribe to certain religions; that is their choice.
