Where would I send my own artwork to try to get interest?

I'd like to earn money from it, obviously. The type is gadgetry, but very arty.

To get interest in your art you need as many people as people as possible to start 'viewing' it.

Try a website like www.istockphoto.com, put a few pieces on there where people can purchase them quite cheaply. It's a way of getting your work out there and for it to be viewed alongside other professional and amateur photographers/artists/illustra... You can also put contact details on there, links to your own website etc. so that potential buyers and agencies can contact you.
