narrowing these two themes i'm interested in looking at either popular culture or healthy lifestyles. so if u want to help me out that would be really appreciated (i am thinking up a couple ideas too) bascially i just want those two topics narrowed down to a more specific area to look at. gonna choose from either

Popular culture.....I guess you want a culture whose name is known a bit but not that common, well my choice is "Mohenzo Daro" civilization. I read about them in my school life, their wise and time-independent standard life style really kept me in a mystery. Can think abt it.
