First -- you teach an army of ants to build ships
(you must have a steady supply of sugar to do this---And, a lot of patience !! )

Or----
you build the ship's model outside of the bottle with collapsible sails and rigging that can be brought upright and tied off in place by use of "surgeon's knots" once the assembly is inserted into the bottle !!
