fade tattoo's.?

Question:

Has anyone heard of a cream that helps to lighten/fade tattoo's.?

I have a small letter "T" on my forearm that I would like to go away. I've had it for 30 years. I hate it. Dumb thing I did when I was very young. It was the 70's !
