There is no difference. It was originally called the Eye of Ra, and was a symbol of the ancient Egyptian sun god, known to many as Amon Ra. Later in Egyptian history, Ra became indistinguishable from Horus, a sky god and son of Osiris and Isis, and the symbol became known as the Eye of Horus.
