Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:

The first famous pharaoh of the Old Kingdom was Djoser (2630–2611 BC) of the Third Dynasty, who ordered the construction of the first pyramid (the Step Pyramid) in Memphis' new necropolis, Saqqara. An important person during the reign of Djoser was his vizier, Imhotep, who oversaw the constructions of that necropolis
But not with Hebrew slaves but Egyptian.
.Israelite slavery began in Egypt is still unclear in many sources. A few historians believe that this may have been due to the changing political conditions within Egypt. In 1650 BCE, Egypt was conquered by tribes, apparently Semitic, known as the Hyksos by the Egyptians. The Hyksos were later driven out by Ahmose I, the first king of the eighteenth dynasty. Ahmose I reigned approximately 1550 - 1525 BCE.But this does't mean Hebrew slaves build pyramids they build fortification, city walls, city maybe in the quarries but not pyramids or temple because it's forbiden(this structures are consider sacred by Egyptian).
(I said Hebrew slaves because there were 12 tribes of Israel. And Jews are Jehudah/Judah tribe so don't mix Jews term with Hebrew)
And Egyptian who build pyramids not slaves but civilian as you now they worship Pharaoh as God.By building the pyramid they feel as served their God.
