3A: No, vampires don't exist (just people who pretend).
B and C: Don't know
D: Anne Rice is an author
I. I believe I read somewhere that she wanted to become more religious (can't remember what religion exactly).

III. Maybe, a lot of rich people are.
IV. I assume you mean an Anne Rice character. If so, then I'd say Louis.
V. I like his conflict between being immortal and having to kill to be that way.
