Where would be a good place to distribute a speech so that the most people will hear it?

I have a speech which is probably about 10 minutes long. that I think might unite people in peace to fight against the real problems of the universe.

Is there a Speaker's Corner where you live that invites just that kind of speech?

Go on public TV & speak ahead

or

Ask your local newspaper to print your speech.

Your idea sounds like a good idea. It would be nice if it could do that.
