Hi, I'm doing my Humanities term project, and I need to interview with female accounting. Please help me to asnwer the questions.
1. Can you describe the career path you followed to reach your executive position?
2. What obstacles/discriminations did you encounter on your path to your present position? Describe them.
3. What specific company policies hindered your career path to the top?
4. What specific company policies helped your career path to the top?
5. As a professional are you expected to have high standards of ethical behaviour? What are some of those standards?
6. How are employees disciplined for breaking the company??s ethical code?
7. What are your personal views on professional ethics?
8. Can you give or send me a copy of your company??s business code of ethics? Or yours company??s mission statement and core values.

I just want to say that this should probably be in the Women's Studies section. You should get more answers there. I would answer this if I could but I am not in an executive position.
