Question:

Charles Bronson up for parole?

Just wondering if any one has anything to say about the up coming parole hearing for Charles Bronson (serial hostage taker sentenced to life over in England), Any one out there on the Free Bronson campaign? I am looking for some of his art work, especially rare works done between him and Joyce Connor (Princess and the Mad man serise) I am inquireing about cost of these works. For those of you that don't know about him www.bronsonmania.com I would love some feed back especially on th above mentioned art work

it is a human rights issue, he has been in prison for 30 years 27 of them in solitary confinment, he has been tortured and had a great human rights taken from him,for taking his art teacher hostage for 44 hours(he was never hurt) amazing that this happens and people like Karla Holmoka runs free.

very interesting. I had not heard of him and took a moment to look at the website you mentioned and a few others.

I came across this (you probably already know about it)...

A FREE CHARLES BRONSON HUMAN RIGHTS AWARENESS EVENT

The Event is being held at Blue Bamboo in Derby on Sunday 19th November 2006
and will be attended by Mr. Joey Pyle Snr.

You will be entertained by:

Dave Courtney OBE
Roy "Pretty Boy" Shaw
Howard Marks
Jason Marriner
Ray Winstone
Joe Longthorne
Doctor and the Medics
The Swellbellies
DJ Kate Lawler
Adrian Doughty

i don't know a lot about this man and his life of crime but I do wonder why he is being glorified? His art certainly makes a statement but will likely be relegated to being a curiosity in a decade or more.
