Of course it doesn't make sense!!! I just felt like asking a stupid question to see what kind of response I would get. :-)

If any sense would be made of this quest of yours , In the Summer it can actually be hotter in the City than at the Beach because of all the roads,pavement and traffic.The black pavement actually traps the heat,try standing barefoot on black pavement in the middle of summer.
