Can i have feedback on these poems?
The moon watches like an eternal eye
An abyss of soul hovering over the world
I throw petty questions into the night
hoping they unravel in the moonlight
he responds that I know nothing of time
and nothing in time will I be
Two lives caught in between
as surrealism becomes our bones
Unwrap me here for I long not to be my own
Not defined by these fleeting passions
that shiver and shake my spine
I give my voice to something bigger than me
something in which I believe
the turbulence of the sea
the immortality of the sky
to throw my voice and catch the stars
No one loves a butterfly without its wings
Yet love longs to strip a butterfly of its wings
To keep her in a jar with a label reading ??mine??
Locked away in a drawer for no one else to see
my jealousy is her poison
releasing vengeance as venom
the Scorpio leaves behind in her rotten eggs
She??d shiver into nothing and collapse into sleep
my insecure pride wrapped around her, breaking her
Too Much Feeling
Relinquish me, with undeserving grace
Fore confusion settles into the space
between my face and self
As I try desperately to replace myself
Still wishfully anticipating
skin like soft, silk pillows separating
things which I can and cannot keep
finally allowing me sleep
Banish me to a familiar foreign land
the place behind your dreams, I will stand
between my heart and yours
fighting for understanding, with no force
Still kisses fall flat in between
fingers of a fool and heart of a queen
bring me to a place only your lovers go
I promise tomorrow won??t know
