Acid in the Air (Of America)
What's a tree without its roots,
Where??s America without his friends,
We should make love and peace,
Says the memories of the war that started sixty years ago.
The sun is rising today, with acid in the air,
of wars and foes, triggering the memories of sixty years ago.
The sun is disappearing today, says the sons,
the sun is disappearing today, says the sons,
How you keep the sun from us,
is how you write the diary of America.
