The number of graduands is too big.how can a nation make sure that they all get Jobs instead of being idle?

I would like to know the ways in which a graduate can do so as not to stay idle.

How about requiring more in order to graduate? (Some fields seem to allow a lot of slackers slip by , while some are very VERY demanding... just a thought)

From what I have seen, a lot of people get degrees to make the big money, but when they graduate there are so many others just like them vying for the same positions. And then, some won't take a lesser paying job until they can find something better, or achieve advancement.
