I recently became a certified massage therapist. What are some good ideas for marketing?

money talks
opening offer to receive 50% of your second massage.
discount for regular customers, like 20% off every 2nd massage, or just a reduced rate once you have been twice.
business cards are a must.
put your business cards in health shops, natural therapy shops etc.
word of mouth, tell your friends, give them cards to give to your friends.
devise a name that says what you are about. what is your biggest focus, relaxation, stress relief? try and incorporate that in your name. get a thesaurus and look up different names for dreaming, sleepy, relaxing, calm, serene etc.
Be good at what you do, so u get regular clients. Create a warm and relaxing environment and be open to feedback. ask for feedback "is there anything I could have done better?" this gives an opportunity for someone to say negative stuff they normally wouldn't feel comfortable saying.
